When asked how a company can differentiate itself in a crowded market, Bob shares:

"You have to be talking about your competitive advantage all the time. What do you do differently? What do your customers say about you? How do you approach situations in a unique way?"

He also shares what the CEO’s role is in building a company’s brand:

"The CEO is everything behind it. He has to enforce the brand and make sure that it's maintained. He should be highly involved in developing the brand, from logos on down."

And what is the role of empathy in effective leadership:

"Empathy is everything. You’ve got to feel empathy so you can be more in touch with your people. The biggest asset a company has is the people that work there."
