Check out David Appel's thoughts on human-centered marketing in the age of AI

When it comes to how AI changed marketing strategies, David shares:

"The old search of 'I'm gonna Google search' or 'I'm gonna go to a website in order to get informed' is still relevant for some portion of the market. A far greater portion of the market is people going to one of the LLMs and asking and getting very specific."

He also shares how important understanding your ideal customer profile is:

"You have to understand who your customer is. That, in marketing terms, is your ideal client profile—what makes them up, the technographics about it, the firmographics that make it up, the psychographics that make it up."

And the importance of authentic content in marketing:

"I fall to quality. I fall into the bucket of authentic and real and human-created because that's the most visceral, and people can tell the difference between the two. And they're looking for real answers, not auto-generated answers."
