Frank Pollock is Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Home Lending Pal, a company revolutionizing access to home-buying assistance for underserved communities by providing lenders fairness SaaS products. 

Throughout his career, Frank has demonstrated exceptional skills in working around the intersection of marketing, technology, and design thinking. 

Some notable stints in Frank’s 20+ years of work experience include his roles at Frito-Lay, Colgate-Palmolive, BlueRecruit, and General Mills.

Additionally, Frank serves as a Mentor in Residence and Adjunct Professor at Duke University where he guides individuals through their entrepreneurial journey.

At Home Lending Pal, Frank spearheads the company’s marketing efforts to bridge the information and trust gap in the home lending industry. He is also responsible for crafting the company’s brand strategy and creating a suite of data-driven marketing tools.

"This is at the epicentre of marketing. There is no cookie cutter way to create engagement, it is trial and error. Great marketers fail a lot. We A/B test even the greatest campaign because it can be the smallest thing that drives that extra 1%."

"Be relevant to the consumer at all times. If you understand what the consumer needs you'll always appear fresh. When you communicate a message that is targeted and relevant you'll get an engaged consumer that identifies with your brand."
