When it comes to incorporating the right tone of voice into writing, Gareth shares:

"Speak to the audience in a language they can understand. In a world of AI the nuance of the personas, industry, pain points, and objectives can be lost. Be sure to keep the content personal and use proven examples to drive home the authority of the content."

He also explains why buyer personas are important in content marketing:

"From the viewpoint of a Chief Marketing Officer, buyer personas are instrumental in facilitating a deeper understanding of our audience, empowering our marketing team to craft strategies tailored to their specific needs and traits. Furthermore, leveraging these personas allows us to segment our target market with precision, channeling our marketing initiatives towards individuals who possess genuine potential to convert into customers. The outcome of this targeted approach is not only heightened profits but also an amplified return on investment (ROI)."
