Meet Gregg Fine - Chief Marketing Officer @ GBS Corp

Gregg Fine is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at GBS Corp, a leading information solutions provider of diverse products and services that partners with some of the world’s most established brand names.

Gregg started his career at GBS in 2000 as a business development representative and worked his way up through various marketing and business development roles. 

In 2022, he was promoted to the position of Chief Marketing Officer and has now been with the organization for 24 years with the company.

At GBS, Gregg is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the company’s diverse portfolio of products and services.

He focuses on creating strategic marketing plans to support the overall objectives of GBS as well as activities that include business development, digital marketing, product marketing, and public relations

When it comes to marketing and sales working together to achieve business objectives, Gregg shares:

"Communication is vital in helping marketing and sales work together to achieve their goals and objectives. Communication keeps everyone seeing eye to eye so expectations are understood and met. You can't arrive on the same page if you're in a different book."

He also shares about how to keep your brand fresh over time:

"I think you continually evolve your brand over time. You want it to remain vibrant and appealing. This means sometimes redesigning or freshening up your brand."

Gregg explains why buyer personas are important in marketing:

"I think it's important to understand your buyer personas so you know not only their concerns but what is most important to them when researching products and services. Once you have this information you can devise strategies to best target these individuals."
