When it comes the importance of metrics in marketing, Mari shares:

"It's not just about tracking metrics. It's about how we utilize them. For a lot of our newer team members who aren't used to this, they know how to track data, but how can they use what this information is telling them?"

She also shares how Acenda approaches content creation:

"We're talking to our clinicians. We're trying to identify what questions people have when they come to you. We want to be able to answer those questions head-on before they're even seeking care from us."

And some advice for young marketers:

"Young marketers should focus on mastering the fundamentals. I think that is key because, oftentimes, we get thrown into roles where we are required to be specialists."
