Meet Maxine Attong - Leadership and Team Coach @ The Gestalt Experience, LLC

Maxine Attong is the founder and leadership coach at The Gestalt Experience, LLC. She partners with leaders to hone their unique styles and create more effective, self-managing teams.

With a background as a certified management accountant, Maxine worked for years in male-dominated oil, gas and finance industries. This experience led her to question how she wanted to show up authentically in her career.

Maxine made a pivotal transition from accounting to facilitation and coaching. She now specializes in helping teams in the oil, gas and finance sectors connect their heart and soul with their technical expertise.

Drawing on Gestalt psychology principles, Maxine guides leaders and teams to be more grounded, productive and aligned. Her approach emphasizes creating safe spaces for authenticity and growth over 3-6 month engagements.
