When it comes to creating engagement using marketing, Michelle shares:

"Look at who's winning in today's world, not just your niche, but the world. There's a reason marketers love the day after the Superbowl. We want to see who nailed it the ads and why. No shame in being inspired by what's winning and resonating with an audience!"

She also shares about how to keep your brand fresh over time:

"A fresh brand is consistent yet infuses its perspective on current events. Education wins in marketing, as does storytelling. Convey how people will feel if they bought, went, or participated in your product/service through new content, maybe a fun video - it's naturally engaging."

Michelle also explains how marketers should be thinking about content and the buyer’s journey:

"Today, people are enamored with stories. Real life, authentic stories do more than just connect with a buyer, it creates a vision to a better way. Isn't that marketing's job? Show the audience the path to a new, better, or ideal state. That's achieved through good content."
