When asked what’s the advantage of an in-house marketing team, Rafael shares:

"In our marketing department, everything is handled in-house. We don't outsource anything. My aim is to have a self-sufficient, agile, and multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all knowledge and learnings stay within the department."

He also shares the key pillars of leadership in marketing:

"The 3 P's: People, Purpose, and Process. People are at the core since we are managing teams. Purpose involves communicating a vision. Process means defining tasks and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency."

And how he approaches outbound marketing:

"We have a multichannel prospecting strategy where we take an aggressive approach to find and engage prospects. We conduct comprehensive market research to support these efforts."
