Roshan Carriapa is the Vice President of Marketing at Vymo, a sales engagement platform for global enterprises and for 350,000 salespeople in leading financial institutions across the world.

With a background in engineering and a passion for marketing, Roshan has spent over 15 years shaping the marketing efforts of tech companies. 

Before joining Vymo, Roshan was the CEO and Co-Founder of Wolf Labs. He also co-founded many other startups and held key leadership positions.

Joining Vymo in its early days, Roshan has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. He has led various initiatives to position Vymo as a category leader in the sales engagement space with a deep focus on strategic go-to-market strategies and brand building.

At Vymo, Roshan spearheads the marketing efforts, leveraging his expertise to develop innovative marketing campaigns, build strategic partnerships, and drive customer engagement.

Roshan is also the host of the podcast, The Startup Operator.

"This is at the epicentre of marketing. There is no cookie cutter way to create engagement, it is trial and error. Great marketers fail a lot. We A/B test even the greatest campaign because it can be the smallest thing that drives that extra 1%."
