When it comes to synergy between product marketing and sales, Samara shares:

"Get them working more closely together more often. And, again, ensure product marketing isn't just running launches, but is regularly conducting competitive research and sharing it widely; don't hoard it."

She also shares how marketers should approach channels for go-to-market strategy:

I approach channels from an omnichannel approach. I want to have presence on all [channels] and make sure the buying experience for your prospects, leads, or buyers is seamless.

And approach to leadership in marketing organizations:

"My approach to leadership, whether it's a marketing org or not, is really the same, and it's 3 things. That's (1) driving accountability, (2)ownership, and (3)cproviding support to your team."
