Meet Seva Ustinov - Founder & CEO @ Elly Analytics

Seva Ustinov is the founder & CEO of Elly Analytics, a company providing custom dashboards and attribution solutions for marketers. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, Seva started his career by launching his own digital marketing agency, which he grew to 100 employees over 15 years.

During this time, Seva worked with startups and enterprise companies, managing revenue growth from digital channels. To handle the complexity of multiple marketing channels and stages, he began developing analytical tools for his agency’s needs.

These tools evolved into a full platform, which Seva spun off as Elly Analytics 5 years ago. The company became a separate entity 2 years ago.

Elly Analytics helps businesses spending over $20,000 per month on digital ads to understand the true ROI and performance of their marketing channels. Seva is passionate about making full-funnel analytics and attribution accessible to all marketers.

When it comes to AI’s impact on marketing analytics in the future, Seva shares:

"In 5 years, instead of spending hours hypnotizing your dashboards, the AI will actually come and tell you what's going on in your marketing channels, and what actions to do about it."

He also shares his perspective on AI-generated content:

"When you know what you're doing, you can generate, the AI will help you scale what you have already. If you don't know what you're talking about, it will generate a lot of crap things."

And advice for young marketers or entrepreneurs:

"Work with people you admire and you can learn from. And start playing with AI and LLMs as early as possible because anyone who has experience solving tasks using AI will have a huge advantage."
