When it comes to creating engagement using marketing, Stephanie shares:

"To engage a shopper, the message to them should be personal and it should reflect their buying needs. You can create engagement by understanding the shopping journey, what type of purchase intent that customer may have, and customizing the content to meet them where they are."

She also shares about the importance of buyer personas for content marketing:

"It's important to reach the right audience, and to understand what message is going to resonate most closely with them. A well-crafted buyer persona will guide the type of content you create, when and where you distribute it, and how you measure it."

Stephanie also explains how marketing can support sales:

"The goal of most marketers is to grow revenue, and this is accomplished through close collaboration with sales. From knowing the ICP and their pain points, to what content will resonate best, marketers and sales must be close partners to grow business."
