Susan Bloomfield is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Stream Realty Partners, a firm specializing in commercial real estate services including leasing, property and facilities management, investment sales, development, and sustainability.

With over 25 years in marketing, sales, and research, Susan is a trusted leader in the commercial real estate sector.  Her professional journey reflects a diverse skill set in marketing, operations, business development, storytelling, and sales.

Before joining Stream Realty Partners, Susan held key positions in companies like Colliers International, CBRE, and John Burns Real Estate Consulting.

In her CMO role now, Susan strategically leads the Stream’s national marketing, business development, digital transformation, and sales enablement platform. A strong focus on culture, talent empowerment, and driving value for both investors and occupiers marks Susan’s leadership at Stream.

Susan was also recognized as Globe Street’s 2021 Woman of Influence in Marketing and Communications.

She is on a mission to actively connect technology, human experiences, and the greater purpose of improving the way people work in commercial real estate.
