When it comes to her approach to understanding customer needs across different segments, Wendy shares:

"We have dedicated product marketing teams for each of those markets and segments who are constantly thinking about that customer. We run routine market research in collaboration with our product team."

She also shares what’s crucial for a successful go-to-market strategy:

"A successful go-to-market strategy is really rooted in strong customer understanding—their pain points, the jobs-to-be-done framework, and the journey of where they discover how important other influencers are."

And her philosophy on marketing metrics:

"If you didn't measure it, it didn't happen. So in my team, we have spent a lot of time in the last eighteen months redoing just about every aspect of how we measure our funnel performance."
